Carlos Moore

Dr. Carlos Moore, Cuban by birth, and former interpreter for Fidel Castro during his visit to Harlem, is a major commentator on Blacks in Cuba. His autobiography, "Pichon" makes for very interesting reading. Now living in Brazil, he also has stated his views on the situation of Blacks there.
